Disposable email addresses

Create up to 500 disposable email addresses, whenever you need. Each of the email addresses can be managed separately.

Feature rich "email forwarding"

- Forwarding mails to your existing email address (even to your petabyte Gmail account) is easy and highly customizable.
- You can protect your original address by relaying mails via NetMails.NET.
- You can have multiple external addresses and divert mails to any one of those external addresses based on identity (each one of your disposable email addresses) or even based on whether the message is deemed spam or not.

IMAP Access (Mozilla Thunderbird, Outlook, Outlook Express etc...)

Point your IMAP Email client at imap.netmails.net, enter your primary logon email address, password and you are all set.

Outgoing mail direct from Mail Client (Outgoing SMTP 25 as well as 587)

Do you use an ISP that blocks outgoing mail except the ones sent using their own domain? (Example: SBC/Yahoo! DSL is one of them). We provide outgoing smtp via the new standard (port 587). You can use smtp.netmails.net, the complete primary email address as the login name, and your password to send mails out via NetMails.NET

Webmail via SquirrelMail

A simple, but elegant, webmail system allows you to login at http://www.netmails.net/sqm to read your mail. SquirrelMail provides protection against "web bugs" (single pixel images used by spammers to track if/how/when you read your email). Unless protected from it, "web bugs" will help the spammer automatically tag you "the poor sucker who read all junk email". If you have found yourself getting more spam every time you read and delete a spam, that isn't just coincidence. See the web bug faq. SquirrelMail also protects you from most forms of viruses* since attachments are not opened** unless you download it explicitly.

Desktop Agent

If you use a PC with Windows XP, the desktop agent software can run as an application on your windows "System Tray" - similar to the way instant-messaging software runs. The desktop agent help you manage (create, lookup, delete) identities without having to open up a browser. Moreover, it can optionally cache everything locally on your PC, so it is available for lookup even when you not connected to Internet. Although you cannot create new identities (disposable email addresses) unless you are connected to Internet, you can lookup existing email addresses
